Welcoming Michelle Super, Chief People Officer

Welcoming Michelle Super, Chief People Officer

At MAC Midwest, we know that the heart of our organization is our people. The support we provide to learners and families begins with the teams who show up each day with compassion, dedication, and purpose. That is why we are excited to welcome Michelle Super as our new Chief People Officer.

Michelle brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience helping organizations build strong teams, positive workplace cultures, and meaningful employee experiences. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with leaders across nonprofit, healthcare, and behavioral health organizations to strengthen employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from St. Cloud State University and is deeply passionate about mission-driven work. She believes that when employees feel valued, connected, and supported, organizations are better equipped to create meaningful impact within the communities they serve.

In her role at MAC Midwest, Michelle will oversee Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Credentialing. As our organization continues to grow and evolve, her leadership will help strengthen the systems and support that allow our teams to continue providing compassionate, high quality care to learners and families across our communities.

Michelle’s people-centered approach aligns closely with MAC Midwest’s mission and values. She brings a thoughtful leadership style focused on collaboration, growth, and creating environments where people feel empowered to do their best work.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, junk journaling, and being outdoors with her dog, Gracie.

Please join us in welcoming Michelle to MAC Midwest. We are excited for the experience, leadership, and care she brings to our team and the communities we serve.
