The Doug Trangsrud Memorial Golf Tournament returns for its 8th year on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at the stunning Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake, MN. This special event honors the life of Doug Trangsrud—an extraordinary husband, father, and friend—while raising funds for MAC Midwest, a nonprofit organization supporting children and families impacted by autism.

Doug passed away in 2018, but his generous spirit lives on. His son, John, was a former learner at MAC, and through this event, Doug’s family and friends continue to champion a cause close to his heart. By golfing, sponsoring, or donating, you’re helping MAC provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children with autism across the region.

The schedule of events for the tournament are as follows:

• 9:30 am: Check-in and registration. Driving range and putting green open.
• 11:00 am: Shotgun start. Be in your carts by 10:50 am.
• 4:00 – 4:30 pm: Social hour and the silent auction continues.
• 5:00 – 5:15 pm: Buffet dinner begins.
• 5:20: Silent auction closes.
• 5:30 – 5:45 pm: MAC presentation(s) begin followed by door prize raffle.

*Mulligan tickets and raffle tickets will be sold at the registration table, as well as on the course during golf.
