Strengthening Our Clinical Leadership at MAC Midwest
MAC Midwest is proud to introduce an enhanced clinical leadership structure designed to strengthen collaboration, consistency, and support across all regions. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for learners and families.
Our New Clinical Leadership Team
To ensure alignment and consistency across our centers, we are introducing the role of Director of Center-Based Services, alongside three Regional Clinical Directors (RCDs) who will provide clinical guidance and partnership throughout the North, Metro, and South regions.
New appointments effective November 9, 2025:
• Director of Center-Based Services – Jaime Larry
• North Region – Michael Laverdiere, RCD
• Metro Region – Darla Cleary, RCD
• South Region – Kelsea Schneider, RCD
Together, this team will help drive quality, collaboration, and innovation across MAC Midwest’s centers while ensuring our care model continues to reflect compassion, integrity, and excellence.
Meet the New Clinical Leaders
Jaime Larry, MSW, LICSW
Jaime has been part of MAC Midwest for 11 years, beginning as a Behavioral Therapist in Woodbury. She has since held several leadership roles, including Director of QSP Services, and created MAC’s Support Plus program for higher-needs learners. Jaime brings a strong clinical background and deep commitment to advancing person-centered care across all regions.

Michael Laverdiere, MS, BCBA
Michael joined MAC Midwest in 2021 and brings nearly a decade of leadership experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. A former President of the Minnesota Association of Behavior Analysts, he currently serves on the EIDBI Advisory Committee. His leadership combines advocacy, policy insight, and a passion for advancing high-quality, ethical care.

Darla Cleary, MA, LPCC
Darla has been with MAC Midwest for nearly 11 years, starting as a Behavioral Therapist at our Eagan center before moving into clinical and mental health leadership. She holds a Master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Darla has supported over 75% of MAC’s locations and is known for her steady leadership, empathy, and creativity in supporting teams.

Kelsea Schneider, LPCC
Kelsea joined MAC in 2014 and has served in multiple roles including Lead Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. She holds an LPCC license and provides psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and family skills training. Currently completing training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Kelsea brings a holistic, compassionate approach to supporting learners and families across the South Region.

As MAC Midwest continues to grow, this clinical leadership team will play a pivotal role in guiding our programs, mentoring clinical teams, and ensuring every learner and family experiences the highest quality of compassionate, individualized care.
